He got into Marketing with Tata Donnelley and later worked with reputed advertising agencies like Dentsu, Percept, Hakuhodo and others and has successfully handled high profile MNC & Indian brands like Maruti Suzuki, Citizen Watches, Panasonic, HDFC Standard Life, Park Avenue, Parx, Franke, Ericsson, Cadburys, Novartis, Suzlon, Apollo Tyres and Orange etc.
After a rewarding stint in advertising, he ventured onto the Corporate side with Reliance Capital as VP & Head Marketing & Brand and launched Reliance Money brand in India. From Reliance, he moved on to the Spice Group as Sr.Vice President & Head – Marketing & Branding & thereafter at Destimoney Securities as Chief Marketing Officer.
Ruchika comes with 12 years of experience building content and leading strategic partnerships and associations across sectors. Prior to Vertuals, she has worked with brands like Viacom 18 | Channel V, where she has closely been responsible for building new content and strategic partnerships.
At Ideate Labs her key focus is on story telling through white label content across video | audio and Digital verticals. During her prior roles, she has enabled young brands to get a creative space to own and associate with.
At a personal front, she is a professional Scuba Diver who loves to travel recently took a break and has traveled solo to 6 countries for 5 months.

With a deep-rooted interest in numbers, she began her professional journey as a math professor for various private coaching classes post which she made a career shift into the finance industry.
Before her stint with Vertuals, Vrutika worked at Reliance Infocomm and was responsible for automating and setting up internal processes for procurement of Broadband Products and Services. At GroupM, Vrutika was the core team member for the Specialist Units (all non-print) and was the lead in setting up the Commercial and MIS processes, as well as automating multiple functions that were traditionally manually driven.

With an unmatched passion for cinema and love for content creation as well as curation, Urvesh has worked on corporate films, documentaries, produced and directed various food, entertainment, vox pop shows and advertiser funded programs.
Ayushman is a passionate person with 10 years of successful experience in TV and Digital to back him up.
